Guidelines for Presenters

Paper Presentation: Information for Speakers

Your presentation must not exceed 15 minutes (for sessions with 4 talks), respectively 20 minutes (for sessions with 3 or less talks).

A computer based on the MS Windows Vista operating system connected to a beamer and a pre-installed MS PowerPoint 2007 program will be available. For optimal visual results, your presentations should be designed for a 1280 * 1024 resolution.

If possible, please send your PowerPoint presentation before December 10, 2008, to: cbts2008.presentations@bz-tourism.eu

In addition, please copy your presentation onto a USB stick. For any case, we would also like to encourage you to place a copy on a Web server/FTP space.

There is no possibility to hook up Apple computers.  Also, please do not use elements requiring plug-ins or the latest computer technology.

Poster Presentation: Specifications and Guidelines

IMPORTANT:
Printed posters have to be brought by the presenter(s), there won’t be a possibility to print posters locally before or during the event!

POSTER SIZE SPECIFICATION:
The posters should fit into an ISO A0 portrait size format:  841 horizontal × 1189 vertical (max. sizes in millimetres). For further information on ISO A paper size specifications, you may want to consult the following Website:

POSTER BOARD AVAILABILIYT AND PROCEDURE:
Poster boards will be available carrying a number corresponding to your abstract ID number. You can find the abstract ID numbers in the collection of abstracts:

The posters for session 1 (starting on Thursday, December 11, 2008, at 3:30 PM) should be in place before the start of the opening address taking place at 2 PM. The poster boards for session 1 will be available from 11:30 AM.

The poster boards for poster session 2 (starting on Friday, December 12, 2008, at noon) will be available between 8:30-09:00 AM, and the posters should be in place before the start of the morning keynote talk starting at 9:00 AM.
